Receptionist │ Stellenbosch │ R12 000 – R14 000

Minimum Requirements & Qualities
- Must reside in Stellenbosch
- Must have own reliable transport
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Previous experience as a receptionist or administrator advantageous
- Love for art and culture (with some experience in the industry) advantageous
- Hospitable and a positive motivated attitude
- Well oranised and enjoys routine
Duties (Including but not limited to)
- Front desk management
- General office administration
- Oversee cleaning staff
- Assistance with occasional functions at the establishment (would require overtime)
- Ad hoc tasks and projects
- General administrative support to co-workers
Salary
Our client offers a salary of R12 000 – R14 000, depending on qualification and experience.
